Call to Action
...in your hearts honor Christ the Lord as holy, always being prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you; yet do it with gentleness and respect ~1 Peter 3:15 (ESV)

ISWA Membership Requirements

Full Membership
A Bachelors degree (in any field) and a passion for defending the historic Christian faith. This membership is also open to Pastor’s wives, full-time ministry leaders, or women with 10+ years of ministry experience. This membership will enable you to connect with other women in the field, and having your bio posted will generate interest and give exposure to your ministry. This includes an invitation to member meetings, where we will consider, through the Spirit’s leading, how to best utilize the ministry of ISWA in order to equip and encourage women who are seeking truth.

Student Membership
Students in the process of pursuing their Bachelors degree or women with less than 10 years of ministry experience. Students may submit articles (subject to review by advisory board) and be mentored by the Full members. Students will also act as ISWA team members in their churches or on their respective campuses.

ISWA Participants
All are welcome to attend ISWA conferences, lectures, and presentations. The ISWA website is a ministry of the members to reach out to women that are interested in defending Christianity. All have access to the resources on the website for the purpose of equipping every woman for the defense of the faith. Please consider ISWA as your personal hub of Apologetics information. If you are on our mailing list, you will also receive ISWA newsletters.

Disqualification
Members may be removed for either doctrinal or moral reasons.

1. Doctrinal: Failure to conform to the doctrinal statement.
2. Moral: A failure in morals is one in which disrepute has been brought on the society or its members.

The member will be informed in writing and will have the option to resign before action is taken by ISWA.
